Because each order is carefully prepared and packed with care, shipments are processed on a weekly schedule.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Orders placed by Thursday each week will ship by the following Tuesday.
  • Orders placed after Thursday will be included in the next shipping cycle.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email (if provided at checkout).

Warm Weather & Melting

Our body butters are made with rich, oil-based ingredients and may soften or melt during warmer temperatures or while in transit. Minor texture changes are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

If your butter arrives melted:

  • Place it in the refrigerator or freezer until solidified.
  • Product texture may change slightly after melting, but it remains safe and effective to use.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Buttered by Ket is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

Delivery Delays

Once packages are shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, we are not responsible for postal delays, weather disruptions, or carrier-related issues once your package is in transit.

Questions or Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.
