Refund policy

At Buttered by Ket, every product is handcrafted with care using rich, oil-based ingredients designed to nourish your skin. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on opened or used items.

However, we want you to receive your order in excellent condition.

If your product arrives:

• damaged,
• leaking,
• excessively melted,
• or otherwise unusable upon delivery,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. We are happy to review the issue and may offer a replacement product when appropriate.

Please note:

• Minor texture changes due to heat exposure are normal with natural body butters and do not affect product performance.
• Products that melt can typically be restored by placing them in the refrigerator or freezer promptly.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
